Amicable and helpful staff who were always there to help. Good and convenient location, it was next to a metro station. The lunch in Crowne Plaza right next to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I was in Milan for a few days and Gioiahomes was the perfect choice. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation. The location was mind-blowing, right next to a train station. The facilities were super, with a comfy bed, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle. The communication with staff was jaw-dropping, even though it was all done remotely. And the best part, the Wi-Fi was fantastic! No pets allowed and no smoking on site.
